Return Policy

How do I return an Item?

  1. To return a product, please email us at csledaz@gmail.com or call us at 1-602-366-0431 for an RMA form. We will assist you through the return process.
  2. Send the completed RMA to csledaz@gmail.com. RMA will usually be processed within a business day.
  3. We will evaluate the RMA and will email you a return shipping label if the return is approved, we will let you know otherwise. The price of the shipping label will be deducted from your return amount.
  4. Ensure the returned item is in its original packaging and in its original condition along with all manuals and miscellaneous parts.
  5. Ship out the item within 7 days of the return label being provided.
  6. Refund will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving the item.

What is Contractor Source LED’s return policy?

CSLED strives to provide an easy return experience. We accept returns on all items in original packaging within 30 Days of Purchase Date. The original payment method will usually be refunded in approximately 5-7 days’ time after receiving and inspecting returned items.

No restocking fee will be charged on unused, unopened items in original packaging with all original materials included (literature, packing material, installation parts, etc.). A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened but unused items that are in original packaging.

If items arrive with shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and contact customer service immediately to process a replacement.

If the return is a result of our error or defective, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and return shipping charges.

Additionally, returns can be processed at no charge at our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse store location.

What is refunded when I return an item?

We will refund the price of the item minus any discounts, taxes, and/or shipping charges. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns for Clearance and Special Pricing items; customer damaged or used items; and items that are not in original condition (i.e., missing original packaging). Any items that are sold as a pack cannot be individually returned.
